Los Artículos Regresados Deben De Estar En Las Mismas Condiciones Que Fueron Recibidos Es Decir Como Nuevo, En Su Empaque Original, Los Accesorios Deben Estar Intactos. Dentro Del Paquete Debe Ser Adjuntado La Factura O Recibo Original, Una Carta Firmada Por El Comprador Indicando Las Razones Por El Cual Desea Devolver El Producto.
El Crédito Es Procesado Una Vez Verificada La Información De La Devolución Del Producto Y Todos Los Requerimientos. Fap Pharmacy examines every product under strict control, verification, and functionality. Therefore, ensuring that our clients purchase products of high quality.
Return Policy
If you desire to return a product, if should be returned within 3 days of purchase to guarantee change of product or reimbursement. Even thought the majority of the products are reimbursable, they are subject to the following procedures:
Factory Defects or wrong product
You will receive product exchange; once it is proven that it is a factory defect. Otherwise if it is proven that the defect is caused by misusage, maltreatment, or by third party usage, there will be no product exchange.
The products that are returned must be received in the same conditions that they were shipped, as good as new, in its original package and all accessories must be intact. Attached inside the package should come the invoice or the original receipt, along with a letter signed the client indicating the reason why you are returning the product.
Once the returned product has been verified and it has met all the requirements your credit will be processed. When your credit has been approved you may choose to buy another product or get your money reimbursed. In the case you want money reimbursement it will only be of the cost of the product. Fap Pharmacy reserves the right to withhold any shipping and handling charges it acquires through the purchase.
